The ‘Padmashali Udyogula Sangam’ is striving hard for the welfare of all the employees of Padmashali community and mutual cooperation among employees of various departments.
After a series of discussions among Sri Manthri Satheesh, ATO, Sri Kusuma Sathyanarayana, DT and Sri Eaga Venkateswarlu, AR over the formation of a new organisation for the benefit of Padmashali Employees since two years, an initial meeting of Padmashali Employees was organized at the BC Netha Hostel, Nature Cure Hospital, Hunter Road, Hanamkonda on 12th July (Sunday) 2015 at 10-30 AM under the chairmanship of Sri Margam Kumaraswamy, Tahsildar/AO, Collectorate, Warangal to bring unity among all Padmashali Employees working in various departments. It was unanimously decided to establish an Association in the name of “Padmashali Udyogula Sangam, Warangal district” and to collect an amount of Rs.100/- as Membership. In this meeting, an Adhoc Committee was elected with Sri Kusuma Sathyanarayana, Dy.Tahsildar as Convener and other members.
In the second meeting, which was held on 16th August, 2015 (Sunday) in the premises of BC Netha Hostel under the chairmanship of Sri Kusuma Sathyanarayana, Convener, decided to conduct elections for the ‘Padmashali Udyogula Sangam’ on 4th October, 2015 (Sunday) at 10-30 AM in BC Netha Hostel.
Accordingly, on 4th October, 2015 (Sunday) at 10-30 AM in BC Netha Hostel, the new Executive Committee has been elected. The Association has been registered on 14th November, 2015 at Registrar of Societies, Warangal vide Reg.No.666/2015.
On 17-12-2017, the TELANGANA PADMASHALI UDYOGULA SANGAM has been formed at BC Netha Hostel, Hunter Road, Warangal and the Padmashali employees who came from different parts of Telangana State have unanimously elected Sri Eaga Venkateshwarlu as President and Sri Tiramdas Yadagiri as General Secretary Sri Margam Kumaraswamy garu, President, Warangal District Padmashali Assn has announced the result and a new State Committee has been formed.
